Add a way to change the tag from Feature Request to Bug Report

In this feedback system, please add a way to change the tag from Feature Request to Bug Report.

I accidentally added two bug reports to the Feature Request section because I forgot I was already in the Feature Request section. Now they are in the wrong section and I can’t see how to change them.
