Add notes to an element's details data.

I’m often finding that I want to add notes to the images I’m working with. You have an Image Details section so if you could add a user-editable field here we could then attach notes to the image.

Example notes: “This is the image used to make the video.”
or “Image 14: Sent this image to photoshop for processing. Then brought it back as Image 15.”
or client comments like: “Tracy likes this one. Burt likes a different one.”
and: “This is the one Burt likes.”
