While creating the +Batch Cuts workflow, I uploaded video files, then clicked Next and tried to upload my song but I got an error saying Unsupported Media Type. But this was a WAV file. Any ideas?
The issue affecting wav file uploads in Safari has now been fixed. You should be able to upload wav files to work with them using Safari browser now.

Sure thing. Here’s one that won’t upload from inside of the Cuts workflow. (After you select some footage it asks you to select Audio. that’s where everything stops and I get the Unsupported Media error.)

Hi, are you still having trouble with your uploads?
You should be able to upload WAV files, and that file size should be fine for Cuts. Can you share one of your audio files with us support@kaiber.ai so we can take a look to see what the issue might be?

The WAV file was 50 MB. If size has something to do with it you should give feedback. I tried 8 other songs and all gave the same error. If this is a file size issue you need to give feedback, otherwise I’ve hit a brick wall.
At this point I honestly can’t go any further because I don’t know what to do to make Kaiber like these files. All I know is that these are WAV files which work on every other device I’ve tried them on Mac and PC but on Kaiber it’s an Unsupported Media Type.
